Your information is kept secure and confidential via our trusted donation partner. You can donate a single amount or select a recurring monthly donation.    

Bethany House depends on contributions and donations like yours to assist in helping the women and their children recover from the devastating effects of Domestic Violence.  Thank you for your generous support!

Donated Goods & Services

DONATIONS
BHNV accepts donations of tangible goods from individuals, churches, community groups and clubs.  Donations are needed to support the daily operations of the shelters (e.g., toilet paper, cleaning supplies, blankets & comforters) as well as special events (e.g., Back-to-School, Christmas).  If you would like to schedule a donation to BHNV, please call the office at (703) 658-9500. 

In addition to tangible items, gift cards to various stores are also needed. Grocery store, pharmacy and general retail stores (such as Giant, Shoppers Food Warehouse, CVS, Wal-Mart, Target, or KMart) are a great way to help us meet the diverse needs of the women and children we serve.

For other donations such as slightly used career clothing, linens, household goods, furniture, lamps, art, pictures, games and books please call our thrift store, Joseph’s Coat, at 703-538-6289.  Donated items are tax-deductible.

Cars
Support BHNV’s mission to end domestic violence one family at a time by donating your used vehicle. We'll take cars, trucks and vans. It's easy to donate and it’s tax-deductible!

Bethany House gives used cars to our clients to help them move toward self-sufficiency. Used cars must be able to pass state inspection and be in good working order. Please call the main office at 703-658-9500 or email info@bhnv.org to donate your used car.  BHNV will schedule a pick up or drop off time that's convenient for you, and provide you with confirmation of your donation.
