HOUSE MANAGERS

Full-time Live-In position for mature compassionate woman. Salary and benefits negotiable with experience. Must like children.  Must be able to drive and transport clients from time to time. Orientation and ongoing trainings required.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Manager of Fundraising and Development is responsible for developing, managing and administering the fund development plan.  Identify, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major donors, foundations, government, individuals, and churches. Develop fundraising and special event programs. Maintain grant database and create funding reports. Oversee staff and work closely with Executive Director, Director of Finance, and Board of Directors. Minimum BA/BS req. and 5 years experience in development.  Experience in human services a plus.
