| Crisis Telephone Counselor | Receive Hotline calls and initially screen clients for Bethany House Shelter Program. Make referrals and/ or set appointment for intake | 8-10 hours a week |
| Individual Life Skills Coach | One-on-one mentor program for one woman client in BHNV shelter program on parenting, housekeeping, self-esteem, nutrition etc. | Once a week for eight weeks. Schedule determined between client and coach. |
| Children’s Life Skills Coach | One-on-one mentor program for one child in BHNV shelter program on self-esteem, nutrition etc. | Tuesday Nights once or Twice a month. 1 ½ hours per night. |
| Volunteer Legal Advocates | Accompany client to Court hearings, custody, family, Protective Orders, divorce and immigration. Educate clients on court processes. Liaison between lawyer and client if needed. | 8- 10 hours weekly. |
| Transportation | Provide clients without cars transportation to important appointments including seeking daycare, job interviews, doctor appointments and legal appointments | 8 hours a week. |
| Tutors | Tutor child or adult on a weekly basis on ESL, Math, Reading etc. | 2 hours a week. |
